In order to standardize data analysis, the Allergen Peptide Browser seeks to make use of existing repositories that host raw and annotated mass spectrometry data. Data we process include both tandem MS/MS data and SRM data, and each of these data types has an appropriate repository (see below).

Tandem MS/MS data

MS/MS shotgun proteomics data should be submitted to the ProteomeXchange via PRIDE.

SRM data

Targeted proteomics data that include data from selected reaction monitoring (SRM), also known as multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), experiments should be submitted to PASSEL
